Kushy Punch Battery Guide
Everything you need to know about the Kushy Punch 510 battery and rechargeable
disposables, button instructions, voltage settings, LED color meanings, charging, and quick fixes when
your vape is not hitting.
Meet Our 510 Battery
We built our battery to do one job perfectly: run our post-less carts the way we tuned them in the lab.
It's a standard 510 thread, so it plays nice with other carts too, but pair it with a
Kushy cart and you get the airflow, temperature, and flavor exactly as we
intended. Five clicks on, three clicks to change voltage, two clicks to preheat, that's the whole manual.
Ready to grab one? Pick your color and add it straight to your cart, or see the full rundown on the
batteries collection page.
Dial In Your Voltage
Low (about 2.5V) is the flavor setting, where terpenes shine and the vapor stays cool. Medium is the
everyday cruise. High is for thick clouds and cold days, but don't park there: sustained high heat cooks
any oil and flattens the taste. Our rule of thumb from years of testing: start low, climb one step at a
time, and let a two-click preheat handle thick oil instead of max voltage.
What do the Kushy Punch battery colors mean?
The LED indicates both charge level and voltage setting. While in use: green means a full charge, blue means medium, and red means it is time to recharge. When cycling voltage settings, the light color confirms which of the three levels is active, lowest for maximum flavor, highest for bigger clouds.
How do I use the Kushy Punch battery?
Click the button 5 times quickly to power it on or off. Click 3 times to cycle between voltage settings. Hold the button while inhaling to take a draw. Click 2 times to preheat the cartridge for 10 seconds, useful for thick oil in cold weather.
Why is my Kushy Punch vape not charging?
Check the cable and port first, try a different USB cable and wall adapter. Clean the charging contacts gently with a dry cotton swab. If the LED never lights while plugged in, the battery may need replacement; reach out to us and we'll make it right.
Why is my Kushy Punch disposable not hitting?
Nine times out of ten the battery is drained, recharge with USB-C for 20–30 minutes. Also check that the airflow holes are not blocked and take a few short primer puffs. Warm the device in your hands if the oil is cold.
What voltage should I use for Kushy Punch carts?
Start at the lowest setting (about 2.5V) for the best flavor and smoothest hits. Move up a level if you want thicker vapor. Avoid the highest setting for extended sessions, it can overheat the oil and harshen the taste.
